Refund policy
The Company warrants that the product meets the intended specifications. The Company's values are based on five pillars: know-how, terroir, respect, quality and passion. The Company is committed to providing the best possible quality for a responsible product and for the fairest possible price.
The duration of the aforementioned guarantees is 12 (twelve) months.
Any possible defect must be immediately reported to the Company. The Company sends the product to the official representative who will follow up the process and who will decide on the application of the guarantee. The customer has a claim for reduction or reimbursement of the sale price only when a replacement or repair is not possible and which is not his responsibility. The customer cannot request a replacement product during the repair period. The warranty period restarts with regard to the repaired item and continues to run according to the original warranty period with regard to the other items.
A refund is excluded.
The company guarantees to perform the agreed services according to the usual quality standards.
