Shipping & Returns

All of our products are shipped throughout Switzerland.

Delivery will be made within 3 (three) to 10 (ten) working days maximum following the order (receipt of payment into our account) if it is to be made in Switzerland.

Longer lead times may apply due to stock shortages or conditions beyond our control.

If timely delivery is not possible, the customer will be informed of the new delivery date or the availability of the product within 5 (five) working days following the order. The Company will endeavor to offer an alternative. If the Company, its suppliers or mandated third parties are unable to perform within the expected timeframe due to a case of force majeure, for example in the event of a natural disaster, earthquake, volcanic eruption, avalanche, bad weather, storm, war, political or social unrest, civil war, revolution and insurrection, terrorism, sabotage, strike or nuclear accident or damage to nuclear reactors and technical problem of the maturation cellars, then the Company is released from this obligation to perform its service during these cases of force majeure as well as for an appropriate period following the end of these events. If the case of force majeure lasts more than 45 (forty five) days, the Company is entitled to terminate the contract. The Company must then fully reimburse the amounts already paid by the customer.

All other claims, in particular those relating to claims for damages resulting from force majeure, are excluded. Unless otherwise agreed, the place of performance is the Company's registered office. The service provided by the Company is deemed to have been completed when the products are handed over to the carrier chosen by the Company. Any liability for indirect or immaterial damage is excluded. Liability for direct damage is limited to the sales price of the product/the price of the service. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of theft or gross negligence. The customer is required to immediately inform the Company of any damage.
